I wrote a brief introduction about myself, but the way Andrea Salerno Jácome talks about my journey is way more enjoyable.

The name Alfajuencer is the combination of Alfajor and Influencer. The Alfajor Influencer = The Alfajuencer.
In late 2019, I started to make people try the alfajor for the first time. I was a flight attendant, so I had the opportunity to travel around the world and get these delicious cookies to people who had never even heard of them before.
During the lockdown in mid 2020 I couldn't meet up with people to record the videos, I wasn't flying, and I had spare time.
Since in Argentina we celebrate the "Alfajor Week" at the beginning of May, I decided to make them myself (even though I had a large stock in my fridge). They were delicious!
I made some people familiar with the alfajor try (so I could get proper feedback) and it was a big success.
So I did 3 batches in total and the people were very happy with the result. By batch #4 I already had people asking if I was going to sell them.
I took that chance and after the word got out, I decided to start selling them.
